The legendary Basque speed metal band is bursting out once again on this lesson of what is heavy metal :
hard-hitting, vindictive and devastating.

To all the youngsters who believe to be revolutionizing the world take a slap in the face because Killers is an immovable monument. Formed in 1984, they have never went out of their road, their fate and have shown no sign of fatigue at all !!!
Moreover the track " 1984 " indeed explains the path and the pitfalls encounterred during their career.
« Attaque », first title of this 10th album, isn’t forgiving. A truly incentive hymn and it is so throughout the 11 tracks.
The title track is a social report on the attitude in which some have towards others … but do we think that we are so different than that???

Bruno Dolheguy, uncontested leader of the band, writes very revealing lyrics on subjects such as treachery and lost illusions.
« Le Loup » is one of my favourite with guitar riffs in cavalcades, sharp edged solos and very revealing lyrics.
The cover of this « Mauvaises Graines » is one of the most beautiful of their discography and ornaments the front page of 20 of the booklet that is to the image of the band.
As it has been the case for some albums now, Bruno Dolheguy (vocals, guitar) handles the production of this opus which is reinforcing Killers's personal sound.
He has nothing to envy any other big producers of the metal scene because while being pretty raw, it’s still enormous.

This is the second album recorded with the current line-up, Thierry Andrieu (guitar), Patrick Oliver (bass) and Nicko Andrieu (drums) and their contribution to the music is considerable, bringing a bigger variety and loosening a little pressure off of Bruno's shoulders.

« Mauvaises Graines » is one of the best heavy metal albums of this new millennium.
There are no superficial whims, no sampling, simply a concentration of great metal hymns.
